The Word On The Street and all of its activities are free.

What is the festival rain date?

The festival does not plan a rain date. We celebrate reading come rain or shine. If the weather is so poor and prevents us from holding the event outside, we will look to move it indoors in select locations around Spring Garden Road.

Where is Victoria Park?

The park is located at the corner of Spring Garden Road and South Park Street in downtown Halifax. It's across the street from the Public Gardens.
