Claire Tansey joined Chatelaine as Food Editor in 2010. She has a diverse background in the food industry including working as a chef, writer, teacher, product developer and restaurant critic. Prior to joining Chatelaine Claire was the Food Editor of Canadian House & Home magazine and the Chef of the President’s Choice Product Development Kitchen.
