Joseph Heath

Joseph Heath is Associate Professor of Philosophy at the University of Toronto. He is the author of The Efficient Society—a national bestseller and a Globe and Mail Best Book of 2001 and Communicative Action and Rational Choice and the co-author of The Rebel Sell. He lives in Toronto.

Helen Heller

Helen Heller represents an award winning and internationally bestselling list and accepts commercial and literary fiction, specializing in crime fiction. Her career in publishing began in London, England where she worked for Cassell & Co. After immigrating to Canada, she was Senior Editor for Avon Books and Editor-in-Chief for Fitzhenry & Whiteside. She founded the Helen Heller Literary Agency in 1988.

Theo Heras

Theo Heras is a children's librarian, writer and singer. She is the author/performer of What Will We Do with the Baby-o?, a book/CD of traditional songs and rhymes. Her most recent CD is Seashell, Sing a Song to Me: Traditional Songs and Rhymes for Young Seafarers.

Dalton Higgins

Dalton Higgins is a music programmer, pop culture critic, author, broadcaster and journalist. He is also Canada’s foremost expert on hip hop culture.

Anne Hines

Once described as “Canada’s answer to Irma Bombeck,” Anne Hines began her writing career as the humour/lifestyle columnist for Canadian Living magazine before spending six years as a contributing editor to Chatelaine where her humourous articles on everyday life appeared regularly.

Nairne Holtz

Nairne Holtz is a Montreal-based author whom The Globe and Mail identified as a “writer to watch.” Her first novel, The Skin Beneath, won the Alice B. Lesbian Debut Fiction Award and was a finalist for Quebec’s McAuslan First Book Prize.
