Over the years, The Word On The Street Vancouver has played host to all manner of authors. We are proud to welcome more than 100 authors, illustrators and panelists for the 2011 festival, including:

TJ Dawe has written and performed eleven solo shows and participated in more than eighty theatre and comedy festivals. He was named the 2004 Touring Artist of the Year by the BC and Alberta Arts Council and his plays have been produced in Canada, the US and overseas.

Kristeva Dowling is originally from Vancouver and has been a contributor to “Not Dabbling in Normal”, the Coast Mountain News and the Williams Lake Tribune. Chicken Poop for the Soul is a witty, humorous and often bizarre journey as she attempts to control her own food sovereignty.
