Lucia Frangione is a young post-feminist voice in Canada’s independent theatre scene. She is the two-time recipient of the Gordon Armstrong Playwright Award and in 2001 won the Sydney Risk playwright award for Cariboo Magi.

John Furlong was the leader behind the team that organized and delivered the Vancouver 2010 Winter Games. He is an Officer of the Order of Canada and a Member of the Order of BC.
