How to enter:
Simply donate $2 to a roving volunteer and become a member of the Vancouver Book & Magazine Fair Society. Then we'll draw a winner from all the new members!

 

Prize for BEST BOOTH

Vancouver's WOTS Festival is pleased to present our third annual "Best Booth" Design Contest. EXHIBITORS: Show off your creativity and you can save money in 2010!

All exhibitors are invited to enter and there are no additional forms to fill out. Simply create the most inviting, inventive, and exciting booth you can in 2009 and a panel of judges will walk around the site on Sunday, September 27th to determine the winners.

 

The selected exhibitors will be announced on the website and listed in the 2010 Exhibitor Registration Form next year.

 

Categories and Prizes:

  • Booth (1/4 or more of tent) -- 15% off booth rental in 2010.
  • Village Table -- 25% off table rental in 2010
  • Word Under the Street -- free table rental in 2010
  • Each category will also have a "runner up" prize of a WOTS t-shirt.

Simply sign up for The Word On The Street Vancouver's newsletter (at the bottom of the website) and you're entered. Be sure to sign up before Monday, September 29th, 2009. After the festival is over, we'll draw a winner!

 

Every Day Fiction is an online magazine that specializes in bringing you fine fiction in bite-size doses. Every day, they publish a new short story of 1000 words or fewer that can be read during your lunch hour, on transit, or even over breakfast.
