Vancouver's The Word On The Street is looking for partners with great literary personalities, and a keen interest in community involvement.

There are many ways to take advantage of what the festival has to offer for your own publicity and marketing campaign(s):

The Word On The Street is a non-profit organization dedicated to uniting the country in a national annual celebration of reading and writing, highlighting the importance of literacy in the lives of all Canadians. All proceeds collected as donations on site help keep the festival free and accessible to all. Tax receipts are available for donations over $20.

Sponsorship

Attach your name to a piece of the festival action. This can be as big as sponsoring an entire reading stage, or as simple as "adopting and author" for $100. Contact us about sponsorship benefits tailored to your marketing objectives.

Adopt an Author

Become an Exhibitor

Place an Ad in the Festival Program

Place an advertisement in the official program. You'll capitalize on this publication's high pick-up rate and great exposure in coffee shops, public libraries, bookstores, etc. 12,000 copies of our 64-page program are distributed throughout the Lower Mainland.

Donate to the Silent Auction

Step up to the Silent Auction. Drop by the library promenade during festival hours and place your bid on a stellar assortment of valuable items and services. There are bargains to be had on books, restaurant meals, gift baskets and more, and your contribution supports this free event.
